As Director of Construction, Mr. Tangredi is responsible for the overall management of the company's interior commercial construction and development services. He oversees the planning, design, construction management and strategy development for all of the company's assets as well as the development, repositioning, tenant improvements and capital improvement programs. He is also responsible for managing various consultants, policies and procedures and manages the day to day operations of the construction team. Since joining Reckson in 2004, Mr. Tangredi has been intimately involved in the planning, design and construction for over 5 million SF of tenant improvement, repositioning and development projects totaling over 100 million dollars in construction.

 

Mr. Tangredi joined Reckson in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of commercial office space. Prior to joining Reckson, Mr. Tangredi worked for Henegan Construction Co, Inc. in New York City, for over seven years, and has been involved in many large scale projects throughout Manhattan.

 

Mr. Tangredi is a LEED AP, certified by OSHA for Construction Site Safety and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Buffalo. He is also President of the Building Owners & Managers Association of Westchester and was named a Top 40 under 40 business executives by the Westchester Business Council.
