Larry Kwiat and Will Overlock have a combined 40 years of experience in attracting, servicing and retaining tenants in diverse markets and economic environments.   Their goal is to be responsive and creative to their tenant’s constantly changing real estate needs and as a result, the majority of tenants in Reckson’s portfolio continue to renew their leases.  Larry and Will also have a deep relationship with the local brokerage community and work closely with them to maintain their trust that their clients are in good hands.
